Problem tackled
Most professional platforms are built around static profiles, job titles or social visibility. They are not very good at showing fit.
Someone might have the right skills but not the right availability. They might want to contribute, but not through a conventional job. They might be looking for a cofounder, a project, an advisor, flexible work, local support or a route back into opportunity.
